Seriously, the miscommunication about reservations and awkwardly short shuttle service hours could use a wake-up call!!! It’s also disappointing that there are no gluten-free options. Please prioritize these improvements!!!

Clean and spacious rooms but confusing breakfast charges

I had a decent stay with a spacious and clean room that made the trip comfortable. However, I was charged for breakfast even though I expected it to be complimentary as a Diamond member, which was frustrating. The shuttle service wasn't running late, so make sure to check your transportation options if you're arriving at a busy time.

The hotel features an excellent shuttle service that conveniently transports guests to and from the airport.

One downside was that the water pressure in the shower was rather weak, making for a less than enjoyable experience.

We had a spacious room that accommodated my entire family comfortably, including my mum. The hotel was clean and had a modern vibe. We also enjoyed visiting nearby attractions, which made our stay in Kansas City even more fun!

My wife says that breakfast should be included for families.

The room was clean and modern you could tell they were trying their best even with staffing issues. The staff was mostly nice too but a bit irritated with my complicated reservation.

staying at hilton garden inn kansas city airport mo was a great experience! the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us with an earlier airport shuttle. the indoor heated saltwater pool was a nice touch, too. the hotel is super clean and our king room was spacious, perfect for couples.

Despite this, the enjoyable stay and convenient dining option from the attached restaurant make it a place I'd return to.

Stayed for a night and absolutely loved the clean, modern King Room! The shuttle service is a must for airport access, but breakfast isn't free, which was a letdown.
